Kaebi Ltd ("Kaebi", "we") builds websites and AI phone receptionists for small businesses. This page explains what we do with the details you give us.

Who we are

What we collect

When you ask for a demo or email us: your name, your business name, your email address and anything you choose to write in your message. We don't use advertising trackers. We may use privacy-friendly visitor statistics that don't identify you.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, set up the demo you asked for and, if you become a customer, provide our services. Our lawful basis is your request (legitimate interests), and the contract if you go ahead.

Who sees it

We don't sell or share your details. They're held by the services we use to run Kaebi: our website host (Netlify, which receives form messages), our email provider (Apple iCloud) and our customer records. These providers process data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go further are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as you're a customer and then as long as the law requires for accounts (normally 6 years).

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email hello@kaebi.uk and we'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
